Create your own watercolour sketch of the seventeenth-century gazebo in Caversham Gardens with Urban Sketcher and MADEby Master Maker Jo. Learn about the basics of urban sketching, the materials she uses and how to build structure and add character to buildings on paper.

In this Workshop…

You will learn about urban sketching and what it means, and what materials Jo uses to create her work. then you spend some time practising drawing skills

Ideal for beginners, or people who haven’t sketched for a while but would like to know more about drawing buildings and city or townscapes.

Please bring with you: Watercolour paints, fineliners, brush pens and a sketchbook. Jo can provide watercolour paper if needed.

10am – 1pm
Tickets: £25 per person
