Our ‘HYGGE SERIES’ of workshops are inspired by the Danish practice of coziness, comfort and conviviality to promote wellbeing and happiness.

After the hustle and bustle of the Christmas holiday, let’s kick off 2021 with an incredibly relaxing but colourful dip-dyed macrame workshop.

At the MADEby Studio we absolutely love plants, love colour and we also like macrame…so we decided a dip-dyed macrame plant hanger workshop combined everything!

Back in fashion after a long time away macrame is a lovely craft to get completely lost in and the end results are incredibly beautiful and satisfying. In this workshop you will first learn how to tie basic macrame knots using special macrame cord. Then you will go onto make your own macrame plant hanger and choose a beautiful colour to dip dye it afterwards.

By the end of the class you will go away with a beautiful handmade macrame cord hanger ready for you to pop your favourite indoor potted plant into.

Enjoy a warm cup of hot chocolate while you ‘make’ (tea and coffee are available too).

All our workshops are socially distanced at 2 metres per person. However if you are part of the same household or coming as a social bubble and would like to sit together, please email us: studio@madebytamalia.co.uk

Workshop Date:

Thursday 28th January

7-9.30pm

We kindly ask if you can arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time, as we always aim to start on time to ensure we have enough time to make our wonderful pieces. Thank you 🙂

Please note strict hygiene rules will be in place and all drinks are served in paper cups. Thank you for your understanding. For more info on our COVID safety protocols click here
